Nutritious Mango Paradise Chia Pudding

Ingredients:
Chia pudding:
  • 1 355 ml LOOP Mango Paradise Super Smoothie
  • 1/3 cup (80 ml) chia seeds
  • Zest of 1 lime, well washed
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) lime juice
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) honey
  • 1 pinch salt
Suggested toppings:
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) coconut yogurt
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) pumpkin seeds, coarsely chopped
Steps:
1. In a bowl, mix the LOOP Super Smoothie with the chia seeds, lime zest, lime juice, honey, and salt. Leave in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to allow the chia seeds to swell.
2. Serve with toppings and enjoy!
