Choco Dream deluxe ice cream bar!

A decadent frozen treat that includes superfoods and protein.

Servings: 4

Ingredients: 

• 1 355 ml LOOP Choco Dream Super Smoothie 
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) coconut milk, well stirred 
• 2 tbsp (30 ml) maple syrup
• 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract 
• 1 cup (250 ml) dairy-free chocolate chips
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) salted roasted peanuts (or almonds, finely chopped
• Fleur de sel or sea salt flakes

Essential Kitchenware: Popsicle mold

Steps:

1. In a large bowl, mix the LOOP Super Smoothie with the coconut milk, maple syrup, and vanilla. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4 hours.
2. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the chocolate chips in the microwave for 1 minute, or until the chocolate has melted completely. Mix the melted chocolate chips with the peanuts.
3. Carefully remove the frozen popsicles from the mold and cover them with the melted chocolate and peanuts mixture. 
4. Place the popsicles on a lined baking sheet and freeze for at least 15 minutes. Top with a sprinkle of fleur de sel and serve!
