Doing business just for the sake of doing business is not our cup of tea. Our project came from a desire of inspiring change. Integrating purpose, building relationships and creating value without extracting natural resources are what keep us motivated. Juicing and brewing beer is only the tip of the iceberg, as we excitedly brainstorm on new products to develop within the circular economy space.



David Côté

Often portrayed as a hyperactive, David likes to do it all. Between cofounding RISE Kombucha and the organic food chain Crudessence, teaching acroyoga, organizing epic parties and writing 6 books on living foods, David still managed to find time to build LOOP and to drive around delivering juices and warm hugs. You will see him soon, cause everybody does.


Julie Poitras-Saulnier

There are plenty of people named Julie, but there is only one Julie who gets A+ in all her academic work and who can complete Mario Bros in 11 minutes. Between defining scientific words on Wikipedia and doing extensive research on the use of pesticides in Quebec agriculture, Julie also happens to be a normal woman who enjoys hanging out in third wave coffee shops. Because she loves to eat, she put everything aside to save fruits and vegetables.


Frédéric Monette

No time traveling machine is needed for Fred, as he spends most of his time dreaming about the future. When he comes back to earth, he is known for challenging the status quo and building crazy teams to accomplish all sorts of innovative projects. Literally born in a fruits and vegetables basket, like the rest of his family, he lives in complete harmony with the best of what Mother Nature has to offer.
