FRWe repurpose the outcasts of the food industry by transforming them into awesome drinks. That’s right, our products are more than unique and exquisite blends of truly good stuff: they’re a solution to food waste.
A third of the food produced around the world is wasted. For fruits and vegetables, it’s almost half of them that ends up in landfills. Not necessarily because this food is not good for consumption anymore, but mostly due to stock management issues and superficial reasons (produce shape, color and look).
No, we’re not dumpster divers that rummage through your neighbour’s garbage bin, nor do we use hairy food left on the shelves of your local market. We save perfectly good products discarded before even reaching the grocery stores.
We also found a happy ending to our residual pulp. To close the loop, and to satisfy the whole family, we give our still very nutritious high-fiber pulp to a company that turns it into fabulous dog treats.
By drinking LOOP, we’ve filled up on vitamins, phytonutrients and minerals, while putting the landfills on a diet.
